Customer Responsibility:
Users must provide complete and correct delivery addresses. Upon dispatch, tracking details will be activated by the carrier.
Shipping Conditions- Delivery Verification: Customers must verify the content and condition of the package upon delivery. Signing the delivery note confirms acceptance of receipt of the merchandise.
- Damages or Errors: Visible damage or errors must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Note these on the carrier's delivery note and notify EVERESTING.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Warranty
- All products are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
