Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

At EVERESTING CHALLENGE S.L. ("EVERESTING"), we strive to provide the best service for our customers worldwide. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. 

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of €20 applies to all orders, regardless of the destination.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over €180 qualify for free shipping.

    CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

    Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are the customer's responsibility. EVERESTING is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

    • The shipping carrier will notify you if any customs duties or taxes are due.
    • If you refuse to pay these charges, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of the items purchased minus any charges incurred due to the refusal.

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    While we strive to fulfill all orders, there may be occasions when an order cannot be processed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:

    • We will notify you within 24 business hours.
    • A full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

    DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES

    • Damages: EVERESTING is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
    • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@everesting.com so we can assist you.
