SHIPPING POLICY
At EVERESTING CHALLENGE S.L. ("EVERESTING"), we strive to provide the best service for our customers worldwide. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.

All orders are shipped on Thursdays, so orders placed before Thursday will remain in storage until the next shipping day.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or local holidays.

Shipping Details

All orders are delivered using UPS Standard or DHL, depending on your location, and typically take 2 to 3 business days to arrive once shipped.

During promotional sale periods, processing times may be longer due to high order volume.

While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays caused by shipping carriers or other external factors may affect delivery dates.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can check your package’s delivery status.

Please note that from the time you place your order, the total estimated time, including processing and shipping, could be approximately up to 10 business days. This estimate does not include customs clearance times, as they are beyond our control.
Made to order Items

Some items or sizes may not be immediately available in stock and are marked as Made to Order on the product page.

Made to Order items are produced specifically for your order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Production may take up to 5 weeks.

If your order includes both in-stock and Made to Order items, the entire order will be shipped together once production is complete.

If you’d like your in-stock items to be shipped separately, please contact us at hello@everesting.com. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Everesting is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered to the correct address.

If your package goes missing, please contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

While we are not liable for lost packages, we will do our best to help you track your shipment.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are the customer's responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout.
EVERESTING is not responsible for delays caused by customs:

The shipping carrier will notify you if any customs duties or taxes are due.

If you refuse to pay these charges, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of the items purchased minus any charges incurred due to the refusal (shipping costs, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges).

Order Cancellations
While we strive to fulfill all orders, there may be occasions when an order cannot be processed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases:

A full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
