Our Crash Replacement Policy offers 50% off replacements for damaged items, so you can keep riding with confidence. Want full protection? ELIGIBILITY
- The policy applies exclusively to the original purchaser.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
The incident must occur within the coverage period:
- Crash Replacement: 1 year from the original purchase date.
- Crash Insurance: 2 years from the original purchase date.
- Sale items are not eligible unless explicitly stated.
WHAT IS COVERED
- Crash Replacement: 50% off the replacement product.
- Crash Insurance: 100% off one replacement product.
- The replacement item must be the same as the original.
- If the original product is unavailable, an alternative of similar value, type, or category will be offered.
HOW TO APPLY
1. Contact Us
Email hello@everesting.com with:
- A description of the incident.
- Clear pictures of the damaged product.
- Proof of purchase.
2. Initial Approval
- Our team will review and notify you via email if your claim is pre-approved.
3. Shipping & Inspection
- You must ship the damaged item to the address provided by our team.
- All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Final Approval & Discount Code
- If approved, you will receive a one-time discount code to purchase your replacement.
- Crash Replacement: 50% off code.
- Crash Insurance: 100% off code.
LIMITATIONS
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
- Shipping and customs costs are not included in either policy and remain the customer’s responsibility.
CRASH INSURANCE – UPGRADE AT CHECKOUT
- Available at checkout starting from €4.95, with the final price depending on your cart.
- Extends coverage from 1 year to 2 years.
- Provides 100% off on one replacement (instead of 50%).
- Non-transferable – tied to the specific item purchased.
