- Our team will review and notify you via email if your claim is pre-approved.

3. Shipping & Inspection

- You must ship the damaged item to the address provided by our team.

- All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Final Approval & Discount Code

- If approved, you will receive a one-time discount code to purchase your replacement.

- Crash Replacement: 50% off code.

- Crash Insurance: 100% off code.

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
• Shipping and customs costs are not included in either policy and remain the customer’s responsibility.
