GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
  • Eligibility: Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition, free from damage, stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent them from being resold as new.

  • Original Packaging: Products should be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any items included as part of the packaging.

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of receipt of your shipment to be eligible for a refund or exchange.


RETURN PROCEDURE
  1. Contact Us
    To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support at hello@everesting.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization
    Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

    • Depending on your location, the return shipping address may vary, and we will provide the appropriate address when processing your request.

    • Everesting takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We strongly encourage you to use registered or traceable postal services, as return packages remain the customer's responsibility until received by us.

  4. Inspection and Refund
    Upon receiving your return, we will check the item(s) and notify you of the status. If approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment as soon as possible. Please note that banks may take 1 to 3 business days to credit the refunded amount to your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

In order to avoid the shipment impact we recommend to avoid buying multiple sizes for the same product. In case size doesn’t fit we can always proceed with an exchange


EXCHANGES

Although we do not have a formal exchange policy, we provide the following options for exchanges:

  1. Place a New Order Immediately

    • Once you ship the product back to us, you can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible, without having to wait for the full return process to be completed.

    • Once we receive your returned package, we will process your refund. Please note that banks may take 1 to 3 business days to credit the refunded amount to your account, depending on their policies.

  2. Wait for Exchange Processing

    • Ship the product back to us, and once we receive your package, we will notify you via email.

    • To proceed with the exchange, we will send you an invoice to confirm your shipping address and cover the delivery fee.

    • If the new item you choose is more expensive than the one originally purchased, you will also be required to pay the price difference.

    • Depending on your urgency, you can choose either of these options to best suit your needs.

Important: In both cases, please notify us via email at hello@everesting.com, and we’ll provide you with the appropriate shipping address, which may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including:

    • Shipping the product from your location to our office.

    • The shipping fee for sending the replacement item.


SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS
  • Extended Return Policy: Orders placed between November 18th and January 6th will have an extended return period of 60 days.

  • Multiple Exchanges: Items that have already been exchanged once can be exchanged again. However, returns of previously exchanged items may not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items, gift cards, and products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.


CUSTOMS & DUTIES
  • When returning or replacing an item internationally, please clearly mark the package as a RETURN and declare the value of the item as 0€. This will help avoid doubling customs charges.

  • If this step is not followed or we incur any customs charges upon receiving your return or exchange, we will inform you, and the customer will be responsible for covering those charges.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Condition Verification: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items not meeting the return conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Returns Time Frame: Items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

  • Communication: We will keep you informed throughout the return process via email.
