RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

At EVERESTING CHALLENGE S.L. ("EVERESTING"), we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition, free from damage, stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent them from being resold as new.
  • Original Packaging: Products should be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any items included as part of the packaging.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of receipt of your shipment to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  5. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status. If approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

     


EXCHANGES

  • Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our Customer Support at our email.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, you may choose a different product or request a refund.
  • Additional Costs: Any price difference between exchanged items will be communicated, and payment arrangements will be made accordingly.

SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Extended Return Policy: Orders placed between November 18th and January 6th will have an extended return period of 60 days.
  • Multiple Exchanges: It is possible to exchange an item that has already been exchanged once. However, returns of previously exchanged items may not be accepted.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items, and products marked as "Final Sale," cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Exchanges: For returns from outside Spain, exchanges for a different product or size may not be possible due to logistical constraints.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Customs and Duties: Any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES

  • Drop-Off Points: Returns should be delivered to designated drop-off points as instructed. Home pickups are generally not arranged.
  • Time Frame: Once authorized, please send the item back to us within 15 days.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse. During peak periods (e.g., collection launches, holiday campaigns, Black Friday), processing times may vary slightly.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Condition Verification: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items not meeting the return conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
